We are looking for someone new to join us! Based in Hoylake, close to the train station with on-site parking, we are a fun and friendly team and are now looking for another member to join us and help us in our quest to become the number one commercial roofing company in the UK!
Established in 2010, we have grown exponentially, doubling turnover year on year and are on track to replicate this again for 2016. Roof Management support global hotel brands and leading UK retail chains and property companies nationwide with maintenance and refurbishment services.
A position is now available to join our help desk administration team. Working in a team of 5 and reporting directly to the Directors, this is an extremely fast-paced and challenging position. With a challenge, however, comes great reward! We look after our staff very well and offer great progression and training opportunities – as well as lot’s of free lunches and other perks!
The job includes:
- Handling all incoming enquiries and jobs
- Logging all new jobs on the system
- Liaising with management and operatives to manage jobs through to completion
- Update clients constantly on progress of jobs
- Manage database to ensure up to date and all notes are logged
- Assist with planning of jobs
- Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Maintain health and safety records for jobs
- General administration & telephone duties
