We are looking for a commercially minded, in-house Marketing professional to join us – to be based in Hoylake office. The successful candidate will have experience working both on and offline and be an all-round Marketer. This is a stand alone role so this position suits someone who is confident in their own ability. You will report directly into the Managing Director so the position offers a huge opportunity to grow and develop. We are flexible in terms of full or part time – all depends on the candidate and experience / requirements.

Duties will include:

  • Develop and create engaging content for use across all mediums
  • Manage all social media profiles including Twitter, LinkedIn & Facebook
  • Gather content for updates including images, latest jobs, contracts won and internal events
  • Manage and implement SEO strategy
  • Liaise with Management & Buying to maintain up to date list of clients & suppliers to follow, like and share
  • Ensure up to date with industry news and events to attend
  • Maintain CRM with up to date information including liaising with clients / suppliers to gather correct details
  • Develop long-term strategy for email campaign in line with reports from CRM/Data from Management
  • Create content and develop mailers using Mailchimp
  • Analyse data to ensure continual improvement of campaigns
  • Maintain CRM in line with Mailchimp reports
  • Daily update of content on website – to include internal news, recruitment and case studies using WordPress
  • Review monthly stats and provide Management with report of performance and ideas for improvement
  • Monitor website and escalate and performance issues to IT Support company
  • Liaise and work with Google Ad Words provider and ensure campaign is running effectively
  • Hold monthly meetings to utilize data to improve campaigns across the board
  • Provide promotional strategy to include promotional material
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure stock levels of relevant promotional materials
  • Ensure brand consistency across all mediums including workwear, email signatures, artwork etc
  • Management of all external promotional materials including creating case studies on a weekly basis
  • Develop creative and innovative retention and acquisition campaigns to drive upgrade and cross-sell
  • Write and proof read all marketing materials
  • Liaise with PR agency to monitor activity and results
  • Manage incoming leads through the website
  • Support Managing Director with general administrative duties
  • Provide Marketing support to sister company including developing website, marketing materials and online presence

The ideal candidate will have experience using:

  • WordPress
  • Mailchimp
  • Google Ad Words
  • Google Analytics

We are looking for someone who is used to working across a number of Marketing disciplines including on and offline. Ideally you will come from a B2B background and be experienced working in a stand-alone role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to create and develop this role into a growing department.
